6.2 Rules enforced on the Settings screen

  • The confidence threshold must be between 0 and 100.

  • The default forecast period must be at least 1 day.

  • Always set the cash thresholds explicitly rather than relying on defaults. These thresholds drive the financial alerts.


6.3 Loading historical data on first use

On a fresh tenant, the iVendNext team can seed Foresight with up to 12 months of historical cash-flow context, so the accuracy tracker has a baseline from day one. This is a one-time action requested during onboarding, with no technical work for the customer or partner.
