"Most retailers we meet share three pains: they stock out of the wrong items, they sit on too many of the right items, and finance forecasts cash in spreadsheets. iVendNext Foresight adds three prediction engines (stock, sales, and finance) on top of the data you already capture in iVendNext. There is nothing to install; it is part of your iVendNext platform. It works from day one, sharpens over the next 90 days, and reaches 75–85 % forecast accuracy once warm. Today I will show you what it already sees in your data, and how it would have prevented your last few stock-outs."
You will demo on one of two things:
The customer's own evaluation tenant (preferred), with at least 3 months of their sales and stock history; or
A pre-loaded iVendNext demo tenant: request one from the iVendNext team, seeded with sample items, customers, sales, and stock so that every screen renders.
Before the demo, in the tenant:
Make sure Foresight is enabled and forecasts have been generated.
Identify one Fast Moving item with a reorder alert (for the auto-PO story).
Identify one item set to Critical with zero stock (for the alert story).
Identify one high-value customer with a strong sales forecast (for the dashboard story).
Confirm the Sales Dashboard and the Consolidated Insights report both render.
Confirm the Sync Log shows a recent successful run.
Tip: if a report shows a "sample data" view, tell the audience up front: "this is illustrative; once we generate forecasts on your data it will show your numbers."
Stock-outs: "Today your reorder level is a static number set long ago. Foresight recomputes it every night from actual consumption. When demand grows 15 % in a quarter, the reorder level grows with it, automatically."
Confidence: "See the 78 % confidence here. That is the system saying 'fairly sure, but review before acting.' Below your threshold, we suppress auto-reorder. The threshold is yours to set."
Auto-PO drafts: "We deliberately do not auto-submit purchase orders. The system drafts; your buyer approves. Speed without losing control."
Accuracy: "Every forecast is compared to actuals afterwards. If the system was confident but wrong, that calibration error surfaced. It is honest about what it does not know."
Multi-company: "Every prediction carries the company. Run separate forecasts per entity, and consolidate on one screen. Cross-company data leakage simply cannot happen."
Don't promise "85 % accuracy on day one." Promise "within 90 days."
Don't open accuracy reports on a brand-new tenant with no actuals. Empty rows look weak.
Don't trigger an automatic Sales Order submission live.
Don't dwell on any model that isn't part of the customer's plan.
