To create your first Gift Card:
Navigate to: Retail > Items and Pricing > Item.
Click the Add Item button
Select the Item Group
Specify the Default Unit of Measure (UOM)
Untick Maintain Stock to mark it as non-stock item
Tick the Is Gift Card option
Choose the Gift Card Type: System Defined | User Defined
Set Expiry Days. By default it is set to 0 (Never Expires)
