Objection

Response

"Do we need to install or manage anything?"

"No. Foresight is part of your iVendNext cloud. There is nothing to install, no servers, and no maintenance. We handle all of that."

"We don't have data scientists."

"You don't need any. The defaults are tuned, and the system learns automatically as your data grows. Your consultant configures it once."

"How do you handle promotions and festivals?"

"Three options: hold the affected items out of auto-reorder during the campaign; shorten the forecast period for that window; or adjust the suggested quantity manually. The system also flags the spike on the movement report within a week."

"What if a forecast is wrong?"

"It sometimes will be. That is what accuracy tracking is for. The system grades itself. If accuracy slips below your tolerance, the report highlights which items, and we retune or change the model."

"Why should I trust it?"

"Don't, at first. Run it alongside your current process for 30 days and compare. Only then enable auto-reorder. We expect 75–85 % accuracy once warm; below that, we tune."

"We have multiple companies. Can it keep them separate?"

"Yes. Every prediction is company-stamped and isolated. There is no scenario where one company sees another's data."

"We use foreign currencies."

"Currency is resolved automatically per account and company, and shown with the right symbol. We set this up during configuration."

"Our data is messy."

"We run the Data Quality report first. It tells us exactly what to clean before we switch on automation."

"What about new items with no history?"

"For the first 90 days, set the reorder manually, or copy a similar item's profile as a starting point. After that, the engine takes over."

"Our draft purchase orders look wrong."

"It is usually one of three causes: the lead time on the item, the safety margin, or the 7-day duplicate window hiding a needed second order. We tune these in week two of the pilot."

"Can we get forecasts into our BI tool?"

"Yes. Forecasts are standard iVendNext data and export to Excel or feed BI tools directly."

"Will it slow iVendNext down?"

"No. Forecasting runs in the background in the cloud. Your live screens are unaffected."

"Can we audit every automated action?"

"Yes. The Sync Log records every run with who, when, outcome, counts, and duration. Retention is configurable."

"Does it work offline?"

"Forecasting is a cloud capability that runs continuously. Your stores keep selling as normal, and forecasts refresh on schedule."
