How It Works

Step 1: Loyalty Setup

Navigate to Home > Loyalty > Loyalty Setup to configure:


  • Point Allocation: Floor/Ceiling rounding methods.

  • Redemption Rules: Current Level or Fallback options.

  • Expiry Policies: Fixed or sliding expiry dates.


Step 2: Enroll Customers

  1. Go to Home > Selling > Customer.

  2. Check Loyalty Member and select a program.

  3. Assign tiers based on spending thresholds.



Step 3: Track and Redeem Points

  • Earning: Points auto-accumulate per transaction.

  • Redeeming: Customers use points at checkout (POS or online).

  • Journal Entries: Automated accounting entries for earned/redeemed points.
